i just placed an order! when will it ship?
first of all, thank you so much (emoji) orders are shipped out Monday morning and Fridays afternoon. for example, if you place an order Monday night, it will ship that Friday. if a holiday happens to land on either day, i will adjust and communicate accordingly, but please refer to this during normal operations.
do you combine shipping?
no, please ensure all items are in your cart before checking out!
what if i am moving / need to change my shipping address?
please ensure your full name and address details are correct before checking out! if you are moving within a months time, please wait to place an order.
what is your return policy?
i currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. if there is an item missing or you receive the incorrect item, please utilize the contact me form within 48 hours of delivery.
my tracking has not updated, but it says my label was printed?
please allow at least 24-48 hours for the USPS to scan your package in. my local post office is small and has only three employees and they are amazing, but they deserve grace and patience! if they are overwhelmed, they will ship the packages to the hub and once there, they will be scanned in. if your tracking has not updated in over 72 hours or your tracking ceases at any point during transit, you, as the customer, are responsible for reaching out to USPS. 13 wishes designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. any and all claims must be filed directly by the customer through the official shipping carrier's website.
i need my order ASAP, do you offer rush options?
yes, at checkout you can choose the express shipping option, which guarantees your order will ship out the next morning outside of my normal ship schedule. please be advised in addition to this, it only upgrades your shipping to priority mail from standard mail - meaning it will have a turnaround time of 2-5 days instead of 7-10 days. keep in mind that once the package is in USPS possession, it is out of my control and there are no guarantees.
